Richard Morrison started his sales career in 1964 and entered New Home Sales in 1985 in Tucson. As he embarked on his new career, Richard relied on his sales training from the automotive industry where he was in the top 10% nationally for Buick/Pontiac. Through hard work and determination, Richard quickly ranked in the top 5% nationally.
After being recognized for his unique ability to build rapport with customers and sales performance, Richard was recruited by Premier Homes in 1991 as a Vice President of Sales during a difficult real estate market in California. Upon returning to Arizona, Richard has been a New Home Sales Counselor for Del Webb, Golden Heritage Homes and Maracay Homes.
All of his collective experiences provide Richard with an expert ability to evaluate New Home Sales Associates and recommend training programs for growth and improvement. Richard is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and the proud father of three girls (Suzanne, Lisa and Beth) who are all involved in real estate and his son, John. |
