Evaluation Services
Video Shops: In the New Home industry, the video mystery shop is the most accurate way to view the sales process from the buyer’s perspective. Posing as a potential home buyer, our fully trained shopper is able to video tape the experience through a hidden camera. This is an excellent way to reward your employee for their exceptional sales skills and/or provide an accurate assessment of areas of improvement. The information is provided in a DVD or VHS format with written suggestions by our professional evaluation staff. Audio Shops with Written Report: If you find that a video evaluation is not necessary and you would prefer either an audio and/or written evaluation, our company is trained to tailor the evaluation process to meet your needs. With either the audio or written evaluations, a checklist of important sales tools that are important to your company can be compared and a “score sheet” provided to let you know where the New Home employee ranks compared to other members of your team or an industry standard. Neighborhood Impression: At certain times when completing a neighborhood, a Home Builder may want to evaluate the potential buyer’s impression of the neighborhood and the New Home sales associate’s ability to promote the Builder or another neighborhood when their community is “sold out”. Having the right person to continue “selling the experience” is important. New Hire Shops: Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have an impression of the strengths of a potential New Home sales associate? Well, you may decide to have an objective performance appraisal completed prior to your final decision. Internet Shops: Response time and key information are crucial to every Home Builder's marketing campaign. Our shoppers can navigate your site and submit a request for information to evaluate the response time from the prospect’s point of view. A written evaluation is provided. Phone Shops: The telephone is an important tool in the sales process. We are able to evaluate your customer's impression of the service they receive through customize questions about their experience. Exit Interviews: Have you wondered what your customers are thinking when they tour a new set of your home designs? Perhaps you have a neighborhood that is beautiful but not delivering the sales that are forecasted. The ability to receive information from an Exit Interview will provide a Home Builder with an objective, non-evasive opinion of the neighborhood from the customer’s point of view. An invaluable tool for our Home Design team. |
